You want to dominate a pick-up game of basketball or a real game? Run the floor constantly. You’d be surprised how many easy points & rebounds can be earned. But in order to get to that level of constantly running, your stamina needs to be increased.

- Run 5 to 10 sets of suicides after pick-up games.

- Find a 20 yard hill or a set of stairs to sprint up 10-20 times.

- Jump Roping. Do rep pyramid (100 x 200 x 300 x 400 x 500 x 400 x 300 x 200 x 100). Shuffle step and High knees.
